I've got a few cyclocross races to dvd, 1) He is one of the most emotionless people I've seen interviewed, unless... 2)He losses a race, then he blames all the other riders for not helping him to win.
One of the first lessons you learn if you ever become the "big fish" in your pond is that it's now your responsibility to win races, no more free rides, your going to be marked and everyone is going to follow your every move.
What is not to like ? .... given his palmares he seems quite modest imho
